1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

SprintCloud offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Cloud Hosting, and Reseller Hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Eligible Products

• Shared Hosting — Full refund within 30 days of purchase
• WordPress Hosting — Full refund within 30 days of purchase
• Cloud Hosting — Full refund within 30 days of purchase
• Reseller Hosting — Full refund within 30 days of purchase
• Email Hosting — Full refund within 30 days of purchase

3. Partial Refunds (Case-by-Case)

The following products are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may receive a prorated refund:

• VPS / Cloud Servers — Prorated refund within the first 7 days
• Dedicated Servers — Prorated refund within the first 7 days (minus provisioning costs)
• SSL Certificates — Refund available only if the certificate has not been issued

4. Non-Refundable Products

• Domain Registrations — Domain names are non-refundable once registered
• Domain Renewals — Domain renewals are non-refundable
• Domain Transfers — Transfer fees are non-refundable
• CDN Add-ons — After activation, CDN fees are non-refundable
• Setup Fees — One-time setup fees, if any, are non-refundable
• Managed Services — Non-refundable once work has been performed

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Log in to your SprintCloud dashboard
2. Open a support ticket with the subject "Refund Request"
3. Include your order ID and reason for the refund

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket — 1–3 business days
• Credit/Debit Card — 5–7 business days
• Bank Transfer — 5–10 business days
• Cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT) — Refunded in equivalent BDT via bKash/bank

7. Account Credit Option

Instead of a refund to your payment method, you may choose to receive account credit. Account credits are applied instantly and can be used toward any SprintCloud product or service.

8. Abuse & Violations

Refunds will not be issued to accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. This includes spamming, malware distribution, phishing, and resource abuse.
