SprintCloud offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Cloud Hosting, and Reseller Hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

Instead of a refund to your payment method, you may choose to receive account credit. Account credits are applied instantly and can be used toward any SprintCloud product or service.
Refunds will not be issued to accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. This includes spamming, malware distribution, phishing, and resource abuse.
